Caden Cole is a passionate music educator teaching in various settings throughout Illinois. Holding a Bachelor of Music in Vocal and General Music Education from Southern Illinois University, he is a licensed educator through the Illinois State Board of Education. Caden has spent time in the public school music classrooms from kindergarten to high school. Currently, he maintains a private studio where he teaches students of all ages in a wide range of repertoire. In his work as founder of the Centralia Opera, he created the “Centralia Opera Student Fellowship Program,” which connects high school and Jr high school students in the Southern Illinois area with young professional singers, allowing them to take voice lessons at no cost to them. As an educator, Cole is passionate about teaching literacy and close reading through music analysis and performance.
